We love Nikko!
Here are a bunch of pictures of what he does best!
He cocks his head when asked if he "likes puppies"

And follows us into the kitchen when we are cooking or doing dishes . . .

Then watches some TV . . .
Followed by a nap or 10 . . .
And then he is rudely awaken by annoying parents with a camera . . .

STRAWBERRY SPINICH SALAD
10 oz. baby spinich
10 strawberries, sliced lengthwise
3/4 c. sliced almonds
1/2 c. feta cheese
1/4 c. dried cranberries
1 c. mandarin oranges
1/2 c. pistachios
Combine all ingredients and serve with dressing.
Dressing:
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 T. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk
3 T. poppy seeds
Combine all ingredients in a jar. Cover and shake until well blended. Refridgerate immediately.
