This past weekend we headed to Santa Barbara to spend time with Heather's family and have a small memorial for Grandma Wathey. It was a very fun weekend filled with Good Food, Good People, and Good Memories!
We had a stop in Oakland on our way to SB. We had a great view of the Golden Gate Bridge as we were about to land.
We helped Heather's Parents and Aunt move stuff out of Grandma Wathey's house. We even took a trip to the dump to get rid of some old furniture(Heather's Parents old couch and stereo cabinet).
We took flowers to Grandma Wathey's urn at the Santa Barbara Cemetery.
Then we headed to the Natural History Museum.
On Sunday we took a beautiful walk around Lake Los Carneros.
On Friday and Saturday there was some crazy rain storms. On Monday, Heather and I headed down to East Beach in Santa Barbara and found a few beached boats.
On Tuesday we found this gem in Las Vegas as we boarded a connecting flight.
Then we came home and picked up this B E A U TIFUL BOY!
Heahter sat next to this guy on our flight to California.

HOW TO SHOWER LIKE A MAN
- Take off clothes while sitting on the edge of the bed and leave them in a pile. - Walk naked to the bathroom. If you see wife along the way, shake wiener at her making the 'woo-woo' sound. - Look at your manly physique in the mirror. - Admire the size of your wiener and scratch your ass. - Get in the shower. Wash your face. Wash your armpits. - Blow your nose in your hands and let the water rinse them off. - Fart and laugh at how loud it sounds in the shower. - Spend majority of time washing privates and surrounding area. - Wash your butt, leaving those coarse butt hairs stuck on the soap. - Wash your hair. Make a shampoo Mohawk. - Rinse off and get out of shower. - Partially dry off. Fail to notice water on floor because shower curtain was hanging out of tub the whole time. - Admire wiener size in mirror again. - Leave shower curtain open, wet mat on floor, light and fan on. - Return to bedroom with towel around waist. - If you pass wife, pull off towel, shake wiener at her and make the 'woo-woo' sound again. - Throw wet towel on bed.

Though we travel the world over to find the beautiful, we must carry it with us or we find it not.
While in Santa Barbara this past week we decided to check out the Butterfly preserve. If you don't know what that is well. . . . . . it's where the Monarch Butterflies spend the winter. There are tons and tons of butterflies. As it warms up they fly around but on cooler days they clump together up in the trees.
The walk in. . .
A fallen butterfly. . .
The darker clumps right under this are the butterflies hanging in the trees.
A time lapse that Mikey put together of our dog Nikko and his uncle Ry dog walking down to the beach in Santa Barbara. The Quality of this video on blogger isn't the best but you can either view it on youtube or just change the resolution at the bottom of the video and it will look much better.
